Kmart #3136, located at 1 Parkside Avenue in Shillington, Pennsylvania opened in 1974 as the first Kmart in Berks County. It also became the last after the Kmart on 5th Street Highway closed in 2016. This store closed on December 1, 2019.

Nice looking store. It's a shame that it couldn't make it. It seems like it's pretty far away from any direct competition. Oh, well.
