KMART #3117 Opened: 1974 Closed: 2017 Address: 2620 Moreland Rd Exterior: Arches Interior (at time of closure): "Big Kmart" Photographed: February 2022 This was the last operating Kmart in Montgomery County, like the Willow Grove Sears (which was actually the last in all of Pennsylvania). Kmart #3117 opened on March 21, 1974, predating the surrounding properties and buildings by several years. It was, however, announced for closure in 2017, closing in November of that year.
