Sears #1304 - Silver Spring, MD

Sears #1304, located at 11255 New Hampshire Avenue in Silver Spring, Maryland opened in Early 1966 as a standalone store, not located in a shopping mall. The store featured a lot of unique features, including a Key Making center and a mini Tuxedo shop. The store was once two floors (until early 2020, at which point the second floor was cordoned off). The store's loading docks are actually under the store, and there is a "tunnel" behind the store, leading under it where the store receives its inventory. With all this considered, the store is approximately 350,000 sq. feet, the size of 2 Super Kmart Centers.

Kmart #3810 - Willow Street, PA [LIQUIDATION UPDATE #2 (02/15/2021)]

Kmart #3810, located at 2600 N. Willow Street Pike in Willow Street, Pennsylvania (a suburb of Lancaster) opened in 1991and was part of the Kendig Square shopping center. The store anchored the center. The store (and the one on Kingston) is now closing, leaving Pennsylvania without any Kmart stores.

This location has those new weird signs with the Australian logo in white. In the past, they have been entirely yellow.

The pharmacy is still open. This is likely because the store is distributing COVID-19 vaccines.

Kmart #4399 - Silver Spring, MD

Kmart #4399, located at 14014 Connecticut Avenue in Silver Spring, Maryland opened in November 1972. It performed very well and became the last Kmart in Maryland after the Edgewater store closed In August 2020. This store's closure was confirmed via its Facebook page on January 28, 2021, and will close in April 2021.

While there was a sign saying there was a "Call for service" button, there was not one.
