Sears #1073, located at the Exton Square Mall in Exton, Pennsylvania opened in 1999 as one of the mall's first anchors (Boscov's and Macy's also opened that year). It featured the Sears prototype of the time. The Auto Center closed in 2017. The store itself must've done pretty well, as it lasted until September 2019 (although it's only 24 minutes away from the still-surviving Media location).
