Similar to Rehoboth Beach's Sears Hometown, I have no idea of when this one opened. What I do know is that its original location was formerly an A&P and Thriftway. It relocated to its current location in the mid-2010s, leaving the older store to become ReStore. As of July 2021, this is one of two operating Sears Hometown stores in Delaware (the other is in Seaford).
